At this point, I was intrigued.
I don’t really like vegetables. So, I wanted to figure out which ones are best, and then just east those ones.
I figured out the way to get the most possible amount of electrophiles with low redox potentials. I did a bunch of research, and you can basically figure this out based on how anti-inflammatory it is. If something is more anti-inflammatory, it probably has more electrophiles. So, then I figured out which foods are the most anti-inflammatory. Here’s the list:

**Later, I wanted to clarify exactly how much better ginger is then broccoli. I have included my analysis below. **
It turned out that grating about 1 pound of ginger into water, bringing the water to almost boil, drinking the “tea”, and doing that until the “tea” was bland was the best way. It’s easier to eat a pound of ginger, then a pound of Serrano peppers.
Based on the data above, you can see that something like ginger is orders of magnitudes better then other foods. And it actually gets better. The relationship seems to be quadratic. So, if you double the amount of ginger, you _might_ get 4x the benefit.
The ginger tea I made was stronger than whisky. I drank about 2 cups of that in the morning, and 2 cups in the afternoon. So, “tea” isn’t really the right word. I felt hard core. I put it in my coffee mug, and sipped it as I drove my car. It felt like I was doing something intense. Little did I know…
