I became a little interested once I realized that ginger has significant amounts of phytochemicals that generate free radicals. This is basically why vegetables are healthy. They create DNA repair without DNA damage. So, now we can start to answer this question “is lettuce better the broccoli?” ie “which vegetables should I eat?
